ARTS TOOLKIT - USING BODY DOODLES (PDF)

This fun-filled pack encourages the practitioner to follow the children’s lead and make our environments and children’s learning, more physical. It helps children discover important connections between what they can do with their bodies and how the world works and has great tips to help you think, explore, teach and move all at the same time. ARTS TOOLKIT - USING baby dance and mirrors (PDF)

Dancing with babies is not only lovely to do together but it also supports a baby’s natural drive to move freely, without stress or restriction. Mirrors give babies and toddlers an opportunity to explore how their limbs and body parts work, how to respond to the world and communicate their place within it. It’s also a lot of fun!
